EICR, PIR, Landlord Electrical Safety Certificate

We are available to complete a EICR in Lancing, Shoreham, Worthing and everywhere in between

EICRs or PIRs are requested in most property sales, they are also required by Landlords when renting out a property, it requires the testing and inspection of all Electrical Circuits and inspecting various Electrical points such as socket outlets, lights, cooker points and Electric showers etc, during this process a detailed report is compiled listing a breakdown of the condition of the Electrical Installation.

It takes between 3 to 6 hours on site to complete the testing and a further 1 to 2 hours off site to process the report hence the high cost of getting a quality EICR.

We have listed below some examples of EICRs in standard sized property's, please contact us for a free no obligation quotation tailored to your individual requirements.
