• Fire Alarm, Tested annually includes all Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, MCP(Break Glasses), Sounders, Batteries & Emergency Lights.
• PAT Testing, test, inspection and labelling of all plugs on items such supplied by the Landlord such as Toasters, Kettles etc.
